Once your office staff is trained in managing an annual comprehensive visit program and processes, patients should be informed of the importance of scheduling their visit. How to use the patient materials

To help you actively promote your AWV/Annual comprehensive visit program among your Humana Medicare Advantage patients, Humana has developed a variety of tools and resources for you to leverage.
  • Patient communications : materials to help market annual comprehensive visits among patients (email, direct mail, text messaging, appointment card reminders, brochures, etc.)
  • Appointment process : support the appointment scheduling process, including talking points for staff to use when contacting patients to schedule visits

Option examples

Options 1 & 2 are customizable – upload images to use if the provider has images of their staff, office buildings or with them and patients.​
Option 3 – good for providers that don’t have their own photography.​
All 3 options allow providers to upload and use their logos, customize with phone numbers, office hours and disclaimers.
